Ive been struggling with low energy too- B vitamins, probiotics and multis have started to help me. Also- Ive started sniffing peppermint essential oil for a pick me up- it really works. Studies have shown that athletes perform better with peppermint oil.

My energy has been kind of low lately, too. I've been working hard and long hours so I have been attributing it to that, but I could be better about taking my multivitamin every day. My doctor told me I should be taking that, but some days I forget. Hope we all start getting past all these tired days. I'm ready for some energy again.
