I drank twice as long as you, even though I knew at 30 I didn't drink like other people. Be proud of yourself for taking action and seeing what needs to be done. I'm sorry for the pain and misery your drinking has caused you - but here's where it can end. Do you have a doctor you can confide in to help through the withdrawal period?
