A rough end of week for me. My slip being a minor part as to what has been going on in my head. Today I've removed anyone from my address book that could cause me trouble w\ my goals.
At the same time my best friend that has kept me out of dangerous situations has cut me off for personal reasons. My ex shortened her trip to do personal reasons
My shrink finally got my meds right; so was able to go to my first family reunion in 8 years. Still sat isolated w\ Jerry & the boys jammin', but socialized some. But it's the loss of my best friend that tears me up the most..
She always kept me calm, helped me when needed, & kept me out of trouble. Once again I'm here in Baltihell waiting the riots w\ no friends.
