Oh Zep , I'm so very sorry you are feeling this bad. It's disgusting isn't it and it just doesn't get better.
Water , water , water and dry crackers if you can stomach it . Sometimes water even makes us feel like crap.
Don't go down any further & I would def try the safe detox.
Who cares if you live in a small town and go.
You need to do what's right for you . I've just finished a medically supervised detox for nearly s a week.
I'm so sorry you feel like shittt but our hangovers get worse as we get older and last for days . They just **** up our lives.
I'm so sick and tired of day ones .
Tell your mates to leave their booze n the car cos it affects the meds you are on.
Friends will abide by that , if they don't , they're not your friends.
