Yes, the v2.23 brings it to 75w in power mode, 75j for titanium, but still 50j for nickel. I get a day out of an LG HG2 (3000mAh) but that's in Eco mode and 25J. You will probably have to switch during the day.
If you either want more power or longer battery life you need to look at a dual 18650 mod.
Have you ever looked at the Cloudmaker system? With that you could - in theory- swap out a 350j for a DNA200 or vice versa. Link:
