It's how I think about things now when I'm nervous or have some fear.
This is a
good nervous.
It's not the nervous that one gets waiting to hear from the doctor.
Knowing that it could be bad news. Especially after all that we have done to our bodies.
This is good news, in fact, it's great!
New beginnings and change has always caused fear.
But, it's the ones that push through that attain great goals.
