Frank, what are you going to do tomorrow?
There is, I think, good fear and bad fear. Good fear is vigilance. It forces us to think about what we'll do next to get through the hard stuff. Bad fear can be surrender to bad things ... planning for bad things. For people like us, we know what that is.
Our poor brains. We put them through such garbage. They need time. We need to give it to them.
