Frank, I will just say this. I went through several years of not believing in anything. My 'dark night of the soul'. It was truly terrifying. Now I do believe, and without going into the whys or wherefores, it is an evidence-based belief, or so I believe. Life doesn't end. There is simply too much evidence to the contrary. Why do I think I know this? Because millions of people have died, and have come back to report about it. They're not crazy, and they know the difference between reality and dreams or hallucinations. That's just the tip of the iceberg, but it was researching near-death experiences that did it for me. Just sayin'. I'll shut up now.
