Jsbodhi Yes anxiety can Really S**k !! These whole 2 years being Sober , if it wasn't for my anxiety meds . I don't really think I would have made it . My Dr. wanted me to cut down a year ago , but of course something came up I couldn't deal with . So I didn't , now I'm gradually cutting back & I'm having trouble
What's bugging me isn't wanting to pick up , it's just little daily problems . Getting worked up over until I give up & take one ... I read posts here where others are trying to cut back .
