Legs are fine today. It was just a very minor soreness yesterday. I will probably not go out jogging today since I'm under the weather, but I'm definitely planning on sticking with this plan long term. If I can quit drinking alcohol, then eating better and getting a little exercise should be easy as can be compared to that.
