Checking in here is one habit I'm happy to have.
Yesterday was a really good day. One of those days that are good from start to finish. Nothing particular spectacular or interesting about it (apart from my attitude), just happy to be and feel normal and do normal things in a competent, calm, focused way.
So many things are changing since I quit drinking. There are unexpected benefits for sure.
Congratulations to our milestoners and I'm holding a good thought for anyone in pain or struggling today.
I love you all my sober family and would not be here without your support.
