Can you join an outdoors group or volunteer group? Maybe a cycling club? Anything to meet others that doesn't involve booze.
I watched the new true detective. First i couldn't follow the story sober. Very confusing. The characters are drunk/high or both most of the show. Its overkill but they really romanticize it. Its hard to watch and not start drooling a little like pavlovs dog.
Anyway tried to hide out right now. Its happy hour and the free booze is flowing. Going to hit the meeting tonight or read the Carr book or both.
