How do you season it Arbor? I'd like to learn a way to grill that. I like sandwiches with it too.
Usually use Penzeys Spices and olive oil. This time I just rubbed with olive oil and salt/peppered it. Then I'll grill it topping it off with this killer sesame teriyaki sauce.
