Great job on 25! A little semantic /mind trick that helped me is remember we only exist in the Now. I can surely stay sober right now this very second, its provable and doable. Anything that says I can't is lying , I'll take all the nows that come and not drink Now, ever
the Nows will take of themselves and add up , I only have to worry about this one, er that one(see what I did there
