9 days...nothing exciting, eating healthy & getting a little exercise (out of shape & taking it slow, will be glad when i feel some improvement) hope the drugged & dragging feeling in the morning goes away (so not a morning person anyway) got away from caffeine a couple of years ago, never have been a coffee drinker, so today i tried diet mt dew to get me going. surprisingly no real big urges to drink so far... the longest i've gone w/o drinking since i started drinking daily was 17 days.
