I went for a run through Shoreditch Park this morning, not my favourite venue as it is exposed and surrounded by ugly housing estates but I wanted a change from running alongside the canal towpath Having poached eggs on toast for breakfast - not bad Hope you feel better today Tetra and SoberClover - you both seem to have a lot on your plate. I am not going to work on my old Lancia today as I have been every day this week and need a break. Need a new suit for work, normally I would ask one of my daughters along for comment and advice but neither available so will need to be cautious
