Grateful for eye glasses - I have started wearing them when I was 1 1/2 years old.
Grateful to have two pairs, just in case one goes missing. When I am sober that doesn't happen. :-)
Grateful to be looking forward to today, including a visit to my parents.
Grateful to be up early and started my day working.
Grateful I can now have a coffee and it doesn't ignite my anxiety.
