You know back in 2007 I quit alcohol for 14 months after finding out my blood pressure and pre-diabetes was really bad.
Do you know why I started drinking again?
My doctor told me I was in great shape and "healthy".
My brain said"hear that Bob, time to have fun again."
It wasn't until 2013 that I was able to string together more time than a few months.
