This most recent time I went on an SSRI was easily the worst bout of depression I'd had. I felt there was no hope whatsoever. It was the third time I'd taken them over my adult life, and it took much longer to work. Couple of months. I know I've said this before, but I hope it helps to keep hearing it.
Great that you're checking in when you can. I know that feeling of just wanting to retreat entirely, but I think human contact helps a bit (((Frank)))
