Day 25 here.
Really happy I got through that tough urge last night. Feel proud of myself today.
Generic family day here. I'd much rather have some me time as per usual, but I've gotta do my bit. I out them through enough, it's not far for me to shun them when they are clearly just trying to help keep me company.
I do miss just sitting and reading a book for hours on end though without being bothered. At least I have that to look forward to next week
One thing I'm really enjoying from this sober attempt is food. I'd gotten pretty underweight with drinking and needed to put on a stone and a half. Let's just say im enjoying doing that....
