HI everyone
To celebrate my 1st year of sobriety , I travelled to Sydney to participate in the City to Surf.. last year (2nd Year) I travelled down to watch my darling daughter participate (torture herself for her first time) ... this year... my memory failed me and in a moment of insanity I registered us both. So tomorrow I board a bus with a group of people (and my daughter) sleep in a hall on an air bed ... wake up Sunday morning before the sun rises ... catch a bus into the city .... shuffle 14km with 80,000 other people (and nope very little training for this) ... make my way back to the hall.... refuel...board the bus and head back home (5 hour trip) .... I REALLY need to find a less energetic way to celebrate my sober anniversary
.... BTW my hockey team is coming 2nd on the ladder WOOT!!
