I am reading a new book tonight about make ahead meals that you can freeze so you don't have to cook all week! I hate making dinner during the week. It is the last thing I want to do after a day at work. We end up eating out a lot so hopefully this will help! I am also reading a book about a Buddhist monk. I haven't gotten very far into it yet but I like it so far. I never get to sit down to read until like 9 pm and then reading makes me so tired that I never get very far before I fall asleep. Maybe I can get in some good reading time (with coffee so I don't fall asleep!) this weekend.
