I work out a bit so I dont gain weight much. I'm 6'2" about 215. I want to be around 200 though. That will take a major diet change. Not wanting to count the days. Coming up on 3 months sober. Feeling better every day. Although, once in a while, periodically I feel terrible. I heard that happens less and less though. Thanks.
