Thanks bob for jumping in. I do find the cross talk to be of huge value. For me receiving and offering thoughts. Feeling like we are a "group" is always helpful.
One thing I have always loved about SR is there is a waterline of sanity and support. Allowing the SR team to speak up we find that water line. It allows us to swim to safety.
