I am very, very excited! There are a lot of great things about this particular place, including covered parking in the basement of the building (which is a luxury in Wisconsin that I never thought I could afford) and hot water baseboard heating (rather than forced air heating, which always creates issues for my asthma and allergies).
It's in a secure buzzer-entry building, too. And...it's the least expensive one I saw!
