Oh YAY!! That is so awesome! So happy for you!!! I remember when no one would take me on without my X signing the lease but I finally found this place and I'm so very happy that I did because it is such a great neighborhood and I love the house, itself. Things work out for a reason the way they are supposed to, I guess. YAY for you!
