The goats are far enough away that it doesn't sound like crying children. Just like a little farm in the distance...now the dog that barks at someone else's house across the street? That guy grates on me.
I'm not that serene. Closing the windows works, though. Thank you baby Jesus, the dog only barks in the daytime while its owners are apparently gone.
