I'm in weird but good head-space tonight...after all of the loss and hard stuff that the past year brought, I am feeling ready to move on. And that made me think back to who I was before all of this happened. I can never be that woman again, too much has changed, but I can still find her, the essential me. It is a new phase for me now, a new beginning, a new Suzanne. It is a strange feeling. Not bad, just a little unsettling. Not sure what is going to happen next...I just know that being sober and being here with you all is a really good thing.
