Glad you changed your mind and are back in here, Ladybug. I hope next time you'll come post in here when those cravings hit. Take some of the power that you're giving those thoughts away.
Of course I need to practice what I preach as I intentionally stayed away yesterday afternoon when I was having the same thoughts. Grateful I didn't actually drink but I came closer than I have in a while. Not coincidentally, my thoughts are much healthier and clearer since I finally did come back in here and post honestly in this and other threads late last night.
