So. Day 5 was super tough. I never thought I would have the cravings and anxiety over a drink like I did yesterday. But I made it through. Drank some soda to get my sugar and had a couple cups of coffee. Went for a long walk in 120 degree heat. Sweating helped.
Day six. Big healthy breakfast. Extra cups of coffee and planning for a swim and maybe another walk.
My last drink was on July 11th. The day I forgot to call my youngest on his birthday.
Enough is enough.
