Took my neighbor to see my Guatemalan mechanic and helped translate and broker a deal to fix his car. Grabbed some bottled water and hiked up a large "hill" on the edge of town. I actually ran halfway but stopped running when my thighs, butt, and lungs started to burn like they were on fire. Heckuva view, though! I plan on doing this regularly during the week for exercise.
