Day 3, and my final day of a 7-day stretch in work. Couple of days off after this and then just the one day in before a week off. This is where I really have to watch myself, because if I'm off I'm my own worst enemy. I plan to spend as much time as possible with my wife and daughter, and to stay as strong as possible and ignore the AV.
