I was going to AA meetings for awhile but it was just like going to church. Saying the Lord's Prayer and like that.
Yeah. That's probably a stupid reason not to attend.
I downloaded a document called "Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery", from Dee's link above). I'm starting through it now. I've also scheduled another session with my shrink (I'm clinically depressed).
