Went back and read it. Wow, that was:
1. Depressing
2. Embarrassing
3. Educational
4. Regrettable
5. Shameful
6. Arrogant
7. Disrespectful
8. Necessary (meaning I needed to read that)

I could write plenty upon my reflection of that thread. But suffice it to say I was not a very likable person, and masking my misery in alcohol.
