My dad would give me half a Dixie cup of beer when I was young but the first time I "threw down" I was 14. I was in Canada with my church group. My friend and I were tall for our age but no way did we look 18. 3 stip clubs and a bar later and I was puking in front of the group leader at the assigned meeting place and couldn't stand without assistance. I guess it had me from day one and I didn't know it. Suffice to say I was no longer welcome in the group, my parents were completely embarrassed and greeting the minister on the way into the next service when we got back was awkwaaaaard!
