I'm committed to 24 hours of sobriety! It's 9:04am and I'm getting ready to go on a bike ride. I have vacation all this week and it feels great to be sober and actually get to do things to enjoy life and living! In my old life I would be still drunk asleep because it was vacation. Not anymore or evermore! I'm smiling because my life feels so rejuvenated and worth living because I'm sober and able to make better decisions.

I hope all of you struggling today find inner strength to realize you are worth it!
