I'm reconsidering your advice and went and bought some carbs.
I just got back from the grocery store and bought a week's worth of some apples, bananas, yogurt, cheddar cheese, whole milk, and a snickers and a pepsi for the ride home. Except for the snickers
, I'll try some good carbs for a week again see if it works. Maybe it is carb thing.
