Thank you all for the congrats, I really do feel proud of myself, I worked hard at training for this, running doesn't come naturally to me and I'm not exactly built for it, so I has never become easy or something I really enjoy, so to keep at it and keep focused was a big thing for me. I will keep running with Molly, but drop back to around 3k a day which we usually do.
