Well...every time I tried to quit previous to SR......I definitely had outbursts of anger........infact my bf at the time told me to go get some beer.......what's really made a difference for me is the meds I'm on from my shrink. I can't remember the last time I got really angry...... I just don't get angry anymore.......I don't cry anymore ......I don't obsess anymore.....and I'm working and focused again. Everyone is different but for me .......I'm quite sure I couldn't be sober any length of time w o them.
