The heroin addict could ask "Is it a wise idea to place a jobless heroin addict in with a callous and selfish drunk who could have easily killed a busload of children?
Don't overthink it. They are both addicts. The one who
wants recovery is the one who will succeed. As it stands now, it doesn't really sound like your fiancé wants it. I believe you want it for her, but I haven't heard anything yet that says she wants it for herself.
Does she?
