I don't remember this happening when I was drinking but now its every day for some reason. I am assuming it has to do with not drinking anymore but I sure wish it would stop.
Has this happened to anyone else after quitting?

Yes, sleep changes are definitely common in early sobriety. Your body and mind are adjusting to not being constantly sedated and it takes time to get back into a normal pattern.
