But seeing a therapist for the last four months, I have built a solid foundation through mindfulness practice and meditation that I think gives me a mental edge this time around. Also, this past relapse, as compared with previous ones, was not accompanied by the added challenge of being depressed. It was triggered more by feelings of nostalgia. So think I am rebounding with a much more positive and healthy mindset this time. Feeling good overall!
