Healing Crisis?!
Hey everyone, I'm on day 8 now and felt great until this morning. I have a terrible cold, not had one in years and years. I read on the internet it can be because of the toxins not being being expelled from your body quick enough?
Just wondering if anyone else has had this? Like I said, I never get poorly normally, even while I was drinking heavily daily.
