You can Google methods of restriction and testing - and I believe in my case it's grains in general. It's just that wheat is a predominant food item in the US. Corn is right up there, though.
I have a slight gluten/grain sensitivity. I can have small amounts of it - like one serving per day, without repercussions. I also didn't get hangovers from tequila, but I did from all the grain alcohols - and especially beer with heavy hops - like IPAs.
