Are you getting help from a doctor?? Are you doing it on your own? I don't believe anyone here will advise you to do it on your own. If you are doing this on your own, and getting the methadone from some where other than a doctor , who knows how to prescribe it, you may be switching one drug for another, far more powerful and harder to get off from in the end. Please go see a doctor, if you aren't working with one now. There is ALOT of support here at SR, we are all here for you, but you really need to go about getting help the right way, so you don't make it worse. Check out NA/AA.
