Hi there Olivia,
I tried Alan Carr's smoking book years ago - it did not work for me. I did think about acupuncture - it seems to have a good success rate with some of my colleagues. I don't do anything on my own - I have the whole wealth of wisdom and support right here on SR.
What more could I want.
I do know who Popeye is. We do have TV here in SA. And we did have cartoons at one stage.
