Is there any chance you can make it to an AA meeting this evening? Even if you're not wanting to become an AA member, it will at least give you an hour where you can just get out of your own head maybe.
If not, I think that SR has a chat recovery meeting starting in about 50 minutes if you just click on the "chat room" link at the top. If not that, post in here every minute if necessary!
You said yourself that things were going good these last 14 days--whatever is in that bottle you want is just going to leave you hungover and full of regret tomorrow. Wishing you the best, I know the struggle all too well.
