I had to start with very simple, daily goals to keep moving forward. They are detailed: Get dressed, take vitamins, eat breakfast etc etc.
I find I am more focused now at day 28 then on day 4, but still follow my daily goals and check them off. I am now moving onto more long term goals, and the details of how I am going to get there. I find making lists helps with early sobriety.
