I'm really loving all the positivity in this group. It is quite contagious. Makes me feel incredibly hopeful that this will be the last time I ever have to go through the very early days of sobriety.
Day 4 for me. I had the most terrible cravings last night but I stuffed myself full of ice cream, took some Benadryl and went to bed. I actually slept a few hours until waking up drenched in sweat. Night sweats are the worst. Anyways, groggy but totally sober this morning. I plan to enjoy my Sunday to the fullest.
