I decided to stop eating intentional sugar at the beginning of April, hoping it would relieve my perpetual headache.
Hasn't really worked as I still get headaches, but it is helping with the loss of those few pounds of winter weight.
I shall search for corn ice cream when I decide to start moderating again.
Weekend can begin for me now! Friday done! I have a whole lot of nothing planned for the next two days, and I am looking forward to it!
